Most of our projects are revisions or renewals (for existing facilities), although we also prepare applications for new facilities.

  • Air Quality Minor Source Permit (Permit by Rule) - Paint Booths

    Latitudes performed air permitting (PBR 106.433) for two new paint booths being installed at a pipe manufacturing facility in Baytown, TX. Project tasks included: regulatory review, site visit, data collection, air emissions calculations, permit submittal and agency (TCEQ) follow-up. Air emissions (volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutants) were calculated for all relevant sources based on the facility’s expected maximum hourly and annual operations. The paint booth manufacturer’s recommendations and emissions control devices were also considered.
