Recent Projects
-
NPDES - Domestic and Industrial Wastewater
Latitudes performs wastewater permitting for publicly owned treatment works (POTW), privately owned works (for communities or subdivisions), and industrial facilities throughout the United States. Most of our projects are revisions or renewals (for existing facilities), although we also prepare applications for new facilities.
-
Standard Permit for Concrete Batch Plant – Energy Infrastructure Construction
Latitudes prepared a Standard Permit for a temporary concrete batch plant utilized for the construction of an energy vault storage facility in South Texas. The new plant required coverage under the Non-Rule Air Quality Standard Permit for concrete plants. The air permitting application package included preparing the TCEQ application workbook, along with a facility plot plan, process narratives (describing operations, equipment, and material throughputs), flow diagrams, and area maps. We also evaluated whether or not this plant required a stormwater permit (TPDES General Permit No. TXG110000, associated with concrete plants), and determined it was not required, based on coverage under their existing construction SWPPP, and permit (NOI).
