Latitudes is the acting General Contractor for a commercial building project in Richmond. This will be a 2-story, multi-use building in an historical urban area presently undergoing rapid redevelopment. Latitudes facilitated and managed the property search and acquision, and performed the site due diligence. We are now working with design professionals (Architects and Engineers) to complete the final plans. We will perform all City permitting and Construction Management. Following completion we will facilitate the marketing and sale (or leasing) of the property.

  • Project Permitting and Management for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) – Renewables Energy Company

Latitudes developed project Permitting Plans for new battery energy storage system in Texas. These developments involve placing large, containerized batteries and their accompanying electrical infrastructure, on leased parcels located close to electrical substations. Latitudes performed project permitting, which involved seeking local approvals through the respective county offices: Fire Marshal, Drainage District, and County Engineer. We also attended pre-application and stakeholder meetings on behalf of these projects. We worked with subcontractors, such as surveyors, civil engineers, and fire engineers, to finalize project plans to complete the various submittals.

What make us fantastic Project Managers?

Project Management boils down to organization. The specific objectives of projects may only be achieved through the application of processes, methods, skills, and experience. Project Managers play the lead role in planning, facilitating, monitoring, and closing out projects. This is accomplished through clear communication and sensitivity to budget and schedule.

We can provide examples of projects that we have completed, to demonstrate our experience in successfully performing/managing a project like yours. We can also provide client references upon request.
